Our well-experienced groomer, Nerissa provides a service totally in line with our philosophy of maximising comfort and minimising stress for your pets.

To this end, we are as gentle and encouraging as possible with your pets. If your pet requires sedation, either for their own safety [or sometimes our groomer’s!] to allow it to be groomed, we will advise you of this.

Communication and understanding are important to us, so that your pet receives the service that we are all happy with. Your individual requests will always be considered.

We have a hydrobath, grooming driers, outdoor runs if needed.

Our grooming services also include ear cleaning/hair removal, nail clipping, anal sacs emptying. Nerissa will note any skin lesions/conditions, dental or ear problems, and advise you and our vets if they believe a veterinary exam is recommended.
